Notice of 2nd Annual General Meeting

MAFI is due to hold its 2nd Annual General Meeting on 6th December 2020 (Sunday), commencing at 8.30pm. Members are invited to join the event, which would be held on a virtual platform, by 18:00, 5th December 2020. Registration is open for current members and can be submitted here.

The agenda of the AGM is as follows:

  • Welcome note by the Chairperson
  • Activities overview 2019/2020
  • Election of office bearers for the vacant posts
  • Address by the new President
  • Closing the AGM

Any resolutions for consideration at the AGM shall be forwarded to the secretariat by 18:00, 5th December 2020.
